These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and axbet ("axbet", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the axbet website located at axbet.ws and all associated services, games, promotions, and content provided therein (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players of the axbet Platform.

By accessing or using axbet in any capacity — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a bet, or playing any game — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the axbet Platform and must not register an account.

Access to and use of the axbet Platform is strictly restricted. To register and use axbet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. axbet enforces a strict 21+ age policy for all players. Use of the Platform by persons under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Corporate entities and organisations may not open player accounts.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of axbet is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a registered self-excluded player with axbet or have an active self-exclusion arrangement in place with axbet at the time of registration or any subsequent login.

axbet reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify that any player meets these eligibility criteria at any stage, including during the account registration process, at the time of a withdrawal request, or at the time of a bonus claim. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents upon request may result in account suspension pending verification or permanent account closure.

Each eligible person may hold only one registered account on the axbet Platform. Creating multiple accounts by the same person — whether under the same name, different names, the same email address, or different email addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. When registering an account, you are required to provide the following:

• A valid, active email address to which you have sole and exclusive access. This email address will be used for account verification, promotional communications, and support correspondence.
• A secure password that meets axbet's minimum complexity requirements. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account credentials.
• Your date of birth, which axbet uses to verify that you meet the mandatory 21+ age requirement. Providing a false date of birth constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate personal details including your full legal name. These details must match the identity documents you may be required to submit during KYC verification. You must keep your personal details up to date.
• Agreement to these Terms and Conditions and to axbet's Privacy Policy by completing the registration process. Completion of the registration process constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

axbet reserves the right to decline any application for account registration at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. axbet further reserves the right to close any account and return any remaining balance if it determines at any time that a player did not meet or no longer meets the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms.

axbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform at any given time. The currently supported payment methods for Bangladesh players include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. axbet reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

axbet processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All balances displayed in your axbet account wallet are denominated in BDT. Where a game is denominated in a different currency, axbet will apply the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

axbet offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are stated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general bonus terms apply to all axbet promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited to the bonus wallet separately from the real-money wallet. Bonus funds may only be used to place bets on eligible games. Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Each promotional offer is available only once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated. axbet reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to claim a bonus more than once using multiple accounts or coordinated play.
• axbet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a promotional offer is withdrawn after a player has already qualified, axbet will honour any bonus already credited to the player's account but will not be required to credit further instalments.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to chip dumping, matched betting using bonus funds, and coordinated wagering designed to exploit promotional terms, is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all related funds.

Bonuses have an expiry date by which the wagering requirement must be completed. Uncompleted bonus amounts and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the bonus period. Expiry dates are stated in the individual promotion terms.

All games available on the axbet Platform are provided by third-party game suppliers ("Game Providers") including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Ezugi, Hacksaw Gaming, and Nolimit City, among others. Each game is governed by its own rules as determined by the relevant Game Provider. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before placing a bet or spin.

• All slot and table game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. axbet does not control or influence individual game outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the game server result, the game server result shall be the authoritative record.
• Sports betting odds are set by axbet and may be adjusted at any time before or during an event. Bets accepted at the stated odds will be honoured at those odds regardless of subsequent odds movements, except in cases of manifest error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including but not limited to server interruptions, disconnections, or software errors — axbet will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its state immediately prior to the malfunction. Where this is not possible, bets placed during the malfunction period may be voided and stakes returned.
• Winnings arising from a manifest error — including incorrect odds published due to human or technical error — are not valid and will not be paid. axbet reserves the right to void any bet placed on the basis of a manifest error and to return the original stake.

Players are expected to behave with integrity at all times while using the Platform. Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through collusion, software exploitation, artificial intelligence tools, or any other means not expressly permitted by the game rules will be treated as a serious breach of these Terms.

axbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that assist players in managing their gambling activity. axbet makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits — players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a reduction in deposit limits takes effect immediately. An increase in deposit limits is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before it takes effect.
• Loss limits — players may set limits on the total amount they are willing to lose in a defined time period. Loss limits function in the same manner as deposit limits with respect to reductions and increases.
• Session time limits — players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out of the Platform. This tool assists players in managing the amount of time they spend on the Platform.
• Self-exclusion — players may request a self-exclusion of between 1 month and 5 years, or a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no new account may be created. axbet will not send promotional communications to a self-excluded player during the exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the axbet Platform. Engaging in any of the following will constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of all account balances, along with any other remedies available to axbet at law:

• Creating or operating more than one axbet account, whether under the same or different personal details, with the intention of circumventing account limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or for any other purpose.
• Using any software, robot, spider, scraper, or other automated tool to access, monitor, copy, or otherwise interact with any portion of the axbet Platform without axbet's express prior written consent.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime in connection with the axbet Platform, including but not limited to using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at the time of registration, during KYC verification, or at any other time in connection with your use of the axbet Platform.
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward axbet staff or other players via the Platform's live chat, support channels, or any other communication medium connected to axbet.

axbet reserves the right to report any prohibited conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where it is legally required to do so or where it considers such reporting to be in the public interest. axbet cooperates fully with all legally constituted authorities.

axbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without notice, and for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms, including any prohibited conduct set out in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by axbet following a withdrawal request or a request for verification documents.
• Inactivity — an account that has not been used for a period of 12 consecutive months will be deemed inactive. axbet will notify the account holder by email prior to applying any inactivity measures. A monthly inactivity fee may be deducted from the account balance after a period of inactivity, as specified in axbet's inactivity policy current at that time.

Upon account closure for any reason, any real-money balance remaining in the account after deduction of any amounts properly owed to axbet (including reversal of void bonuses and any applicable fees) will be returned to the player using the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, axbet's aggregate liability to you under these Terms for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the total amount deposited by you into your axbet account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. axbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if axbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

axbet does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption or error. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party payment provider outages, and internet infrastructure failures are among the circumstances that may cause temporary unavailability. axbet will use reasonable endeavours to minimise any such interruptions and to restore service as promptly as practicable.

All content on the axbet Platform — including but not limited to the axbet brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to axbet and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the axbet Platform without axbet's prior written consent.

axbet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at axbet.ws/privacy-policy. By using the axbet Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described therein. axbet uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit and implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial information.

axbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it materially affects your rights or obligations under these Terms — axbet will provide at least 14 days' advance notice to registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the axbet Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and axbet arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, we encourage you to contact axbet customer support at [email protected] in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. axbet is committed to resolving player complaints promptly, fairly, and in good faith. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt resolution through a mutually agreed dispute resolution process before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
